Steve brings more than two decades of exclusive experience in Section 1031 like-kind exchanges and is widely respected across the industry for his technical expertise, leadership, and commitment to education. A Certified Public Accountant, Certified Exchange Specialist®, and Certified Distance Education Instructor™, Steve has advised investors, business owners, and tax professionals nationwide and has educated nearly 10,000 real estate and financial professionals throughout his career.
Steve also previously served as President of the Federation of Exchange Accommodators (FEA), where he played a key role in the successful effort to preserve Section 1031 in the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act. His advocacy, clarity, and deep understanding of the exchange landscape align seamlessly with Banker Exchange’s education-first, client-centric approach.
As President, Steve will focus on strategic growth, operational excellence, and continuing to elevate the level of service and guidance our clients and referral partners expect from Banker Exchange. We’re energized by the leadership he brings and excited for what lies ahead.
