What are the registration fees for the Summit?

What does the registration fee include?
The fee includes access to all conference sessions and entrance to networking events.
How can I register for the event?
You can register online here. Complete the registration form and submit your payment to secure your spot at the Summit.
What are the Continuing Education credits available?
Attendees can earn up to 13 hours of real estate Continuing Education credits, both BIC courses, core, and elective. Course numbers available for credit include: CEE 4107, CEE 4108, CEE 4189, & TBD CEE.
What is the cancellation policy?
Summit cancellations received before January 7, 2026, will be refunded in full, minus a $50 administration fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations after this date, but registration can be transferred to another attendee from the same organization. Hotel room cancellations must be handled through the booking venue and are subject to specific cancellation policies separate from those of the Rocky Mountain Real Estate Summit. Please contact your hotel booking services for more information on their specific cancellation policies.
What accommodations are available?
A group rate is available at the Viewline Resort. To book your stay, please use this booking link (also provided in the confirmation email upon registration) or contact the hotel directly at (970) 742-0005 and mention the “Rocky Mountain Real Estate Summit”.
How should I prepare for the weather and activities?
February in Snowmass can be quite cold and snowy. We recommend dressing in warm, layered clothing and bringing appropriate winter gear for outdoor activities. If you plan to ski, consider renting equipment in advance.
Will transportation be provided?
Attendees are responsible for their own transportation to and from the event. For guests taking advantage of our group rate at the Viewline Resort in Snowmass, airport shuttles are available to and from the Aspen Pitkin (ASE) airport. A free shuttle service is also available in Snowmass Village with routes covering the Snowmass Center, Snowmass Recreation Center, Base Village, and the Snowmass Mall.
